R46171 Process Pick Request to Maintain Customer UOM throughout the entire transaction

I have customer the requires that a specific UOM (Master Pack - MP) be maintained throughout the entire transaction (order entry through to billing). The problem is that if QOH is less than that UOM (i.e. 1 MP = 12 EA and the fixed pick QOH has 7 EA) the pick ticket will print with 7 EA and 300 error the remaining order quantity. How can I set the system not allow EA to print on the pick ticket for this specific customer?
