Item not backflushed evenafter the assembly is completed in wip discrete.

We are encountered with a severe issue in wip discrete manufacturing.

We have set up an assembly component to backflush but does not backflush the complete quantity of components even after the assebly is completed.

The transactions are not erroring out and have no trace.

Cannot reproduce the issue since this does not accur for every job but the number is increasing slowly.
