how do you resolve the issue above, i see where Oracle says we should do some personalizations but i would like to know why users are getting this error and others aren't.  What is specific to the employee when he is entering his vacation.


I have seen the articles below, however it doesn't give me any indication as what the root cause of the error is or why it only occurs for one employee and not all.
