ZFS filesystem 2GB limitation

Hi, I am new to this ZFS forum.    I am wondering if anybody encountered this problem I had yesterday.    I was transferring a 5GB ISO file to the Sparc M5000 server running Solaris 11.1 on the ZFS filesystem using SCP.    I was watching the SCP and it halted when it is closed to 2GB.   The destination server (M5000) freezes.    Any OS commands I entered is not responding.   I have to cancel the SCP from the source server (T4-4).   After 5 or 8 minutes, the M5000 server starts responding again.   I tried 2 or 3 times using SCP and SFTP and
