2 custom responsibilities with identical setup showing different reports

Hello,

Customer has two custom responsibilities, “NPFC-CERCLA HR setup” and “NPFC-OSLTF HR/Tech Resource”. The responsibilities use the same menu, data group, and request group. The menu exclusion, exclude items, securing attributes are all the same. But the CERCLA responsibility will only show two reports in the “Submit: Request” screen. But the OSLTF responsibility would show a lot of reports, including the stardand reports from AR and GL. They only wanted to show the two reports in the OSLTF responsibility like CERCLA.

What is wrong here?
