Media Object Text Limit control

Hi,  I would like to know if there is a way to control the media object text attachment in a report print out such as, If I were to include the media object text insertion at the top of the report, can I control it in a way that it doesn't push the remaining content downwards ? or it is not possible to design it in that way?
