Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi, kindly advice how to specify the range - From Thru in the row security workbench in order to secure this field from being changed or removed...

*blank to * blank does it mean only for blank value ?

FYI, location could have alphanumeric

Eg

F4111------------Location-----------*BLACNK----------*BLANK----------Y---------Y----------Y------Y------LOCN
