I am having problems getting Paymment Date to populate in positive pay file

I am having issues getting payment date to populate in a Custom positive pay file. We have created a new positive pay XML Template for BOA accounts and i cvan get everything to populate correctly except for the Payment Date. I am using the following in the fixed length file. This same code works correctly in all of our other custome positve pay file

YYYYMMDD

OutboundPayment/PaymentDate

Date on which BOA will act on the payment instructions.  Check Date.
