locak inactive database accounts

Hi,

I have a security requirements to configured the RAC database (running on RHEL-6.4 using oracle software version-6.4) in such a way that if any database users have not login into the DATABASE from last 3 month then db system should automatically locked those users account.

Through profile I haven't seen this can be done.

Could you please review and advise.
