Oracle 11i - Output of Employee W-2c Report

Hello,

    We are running the Employee W-2c in one of our environment and upon checking the output after the report completed, the result/output doesn't seem to be in a format of W2. Is this an normal/expected result?

    I appreciate your help on this.
