Linking multiple rates on product

Hello,
It is possible to link multiple rate on a product without using Project Costing?
Our business wants to implementate Peoplesoft Contracts. There is a department who wants to use the same product for several customers but with different price rates.
What we see now, is that you can assign just one list price to a product.
Here a example how the department wants it:
Product CONSULT
Standard List price 50 EUR
Customer 1 --> 25 ST á 50 EUR
Customer 2 --> 10 ST á 35 EUR
Customer 3 --> 30 ST á 80 EUR
When you Add a contract line to a contract and select the product, we don't see a option to change the list price.
