Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. search pending transaction utility not working

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue on search pending transaction page.

Approver navigates to -- Manager Self-Service--> Travel and Expense Center -->Approve Transactions

On the page it list down all the expense reports which are pending for his approval.

When approver tries to search specific transaction it doesn't return any row. however, the transaction is already in his worklist.

Please assist and let me know what could be the reason.
