Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. For an RMA Order header workflow is stuck and order status is booked. The line is closed.

1. The order is approved

2. The approval was given by the performer.

3. we have tried to Retry process in error request and workflow background proces in deffered also, but did not clear the orders.
