Year-End workbench reset

Is it possible to reset the year-end workbench after I have processed the magnetic media?  I have not filed the w-2's electronically yet.  I want to revise a w-2 but I wasn't sure if I reset the Year-End Process it would reset the magnetic media and allow me to rerun the magnetic media process.
