Not able to use new tax rate

Hi,

We are trying to end date existing tax rate and create a new one.

We end dated existing one and created a new one. Since then the tax classification code is not defaulting on AR invoice lines. Its not calculating the tax either.

When we go to Tax window, nothing is there.

Now when we try to update the tax rate we are getting error ""Enter a date range that is within the date range of this component."

Any idea what's happening? We tried the same thing in out test instance and there its working fine.
