Add a New Tax Code to EB Tax R12 setup (which is 11i upgraded tax setup) - How???

Hello All,

I need the steps for entering a new tax in eb-tax which is the 11i upgraded tax setup in R12.  We are on R12.1.3.  We have tax calculating for US Ship-to locations for Purchasing and Procurement but we now acquired a new location (new Ship-to).  So now that Ship-to has to get a new tax code with a new tax rate.

I attempted but i do not see it calculating.

How can this be done correctly?

Please advise.
