Is possible to create a Workflow trigger by ZIPCode Range

I am trying to create a workflow that trigger if the zipcode in the Lead Address field is between 50000 and 60000, but is looks like it does not work

I am enter the follow expression [<ZipCode>] >= '53001' and [<ZipCode>]<= 60000 this will update a Lead Field with the closer Office.
