email center 12.1.3 - way to upload picture/image in body of message

In 12.1.3, while composing email out of email center to external/internal, is there a way to put the image in body of the email message as opposed to the attachments?

Due to lack of this feature, agents at times use outlook instead of email center to compose emails...
