Peoplesoft CRM worklist question

Has anyone customized the worklist page, such as adding columns to the worklist? I have a requirement to case status column and pending days (columns like how many days since case is opened from creation date till today's date)  columns.

- did you customize the delivered worklist record?

- did you customize the delivered worklist page?

- did you clone the delivered worklist page/record and replace the delivered worklist page?

Any feedback as to how you approached this will be greatly appreciated.
