Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. OTL: Rotation Plan changes & Work Schedule Template

R12.1.3 RUP 6, 2013 Y/E I & II

Is there a way for the Work Schedule Template on SS Timecard recognize mid-period rotation plan changes?

Semi-Monthly period (1st-15th, 16th-EOM)

01-MAR thru 09-MAR rotation plan is Mon-Thu 10 hrs per day.

10-MAR thru 15-MAR rotation plan is Mon-Fri 8 hrs per day.

Rotation Plan change on Assignment Time Information date tracked to 10-MAR, saved as Update.

Employee creates timecard for 01-MAR thru 15-MAR, and uses work schedule template to populate timecard.

Expect to see:

03-MAR 10

04-MAR 10

05-MAR 10

06-MAR 10

10-MAR 8

11-MAR 8

12-MAR 8

13-MAR 8

14-MAR 8

Timecard actually populated as:

03-MAR 10
