Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can a permanent prepayment invoice applied to a standard invoice in R12.1.3 payable

In Our Oracle EBS R12.1.3, it seems that a permanent prepayment invoice applied to a standard invoice, could you pls indicate me?
