Issues with IE9 and IE10 on 8.1.1.9 ?

Is anyone running Siebel  8.1.1.9 and using IE 9 or 10 ?

We are consistently facing "browser window frozen" complaints from our call centre users.

Would appreciate advice from anyone who may have discovered a work-a-round for this issue.
