Upgrade Linux 5

Hello Everyone,

In Windows OS, we can upgrade a windows 7 OS to itself. The difference between a fresh install and an upgrade is nothing but if u have any applications installed already, you can do an upgrade of OS so that all the installed applications would be as it is and the OS will be refreshed.

Coming to Oracle Linux, Can we upgrade in the same way as windows?

Could someone suggest any solution for this?
