How to use JPC (Java Pluggable Component) in Oracle E-Business Application

edited Mar 9, 2014 5:14AM in EBS Customizations (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

Hi All, I am looking for steps to configure a new JPC (Java Pluggable Component) in an custom form in Oracle E-Business Application R12.

Business Requirement: The business requirement is to show tool tip in a multi-record block.

Technical Approach Suggested: There is no item instance property available in oracle forms. Instead ready made JPC is available to be used in Oracle Forms standalone application. However not sure how to implement the same in oracle application R12. Hence need help how to configure jar & class files in Oracle E-business and use the same in an custom form.

Thanks

Hari
