add device to vdisk Manually can register OPS Center?

Hi,

i using OPS Center 12 U4, and we have problems to start server of OPS center,

and need to add Deice to one LDOM, so we can add Device Manually, but OPS center can register dis DEvice??

is priority add Device to LDOM,
