Unable to assigned lot number using gme_api_pub.create_material_txn api

I am trying to create material transaction using gme_api_pub.create_material_txn API but it errors out saying

lx_return_status =E

lx_message_list=For this transaction row either the lot records are missing or the lot quantity does not match the transaction quantity

How to assign lot number in this API.

Please need help on this.
