Component Pick release sorted by locator

Hi, we are on 11.5.10 and using Component pick release to create Move orders for Push components. I have created a number of Inventory allocation rules including one which only allocates by Locator and yet the pick ticket is not sorted by Locator. I have read the white paper and while it seems to address this issue - I am not sure if it is using R12 or OPM as I cannotfind many of the screens displayed. I have also updated the priority in the Locators setup but I think this only works for OM/Shipping.

I would like the locators to be sorted by locator with all same locators grouped together on the pick slip. I could group by locator but that would give me so many pick slips as to be unworkable.
