Validation and approvals

Version 11.1.2.3

We have a Planning form which has a 10 segments - 8 data segments and 2 calculated segments. Each of the calculated segments calculate a validation figure. If the data input is valid then each calculated segment should equal zero. We have validation on each of these segment rows as follows :-

IF  Current Cell Value != Value 0.0

THEN Process Cell.

NB. Rules for location is set to the segment number with the calculated/balancing value

The cell format is processed as follows :-

Cell Background Color: (Set to red)

Validation message    :  Values do not balance

Show in Data Validation Messages panel: Ticked

Approvals:  set to Do Not Promote
