Orders/Requisitions that are passed the need by date

Hello Friends

Is there any report or any screen in Oracle to display the orders/requisitions that are passed the need by date and yet not received the item from supplier

And also is there any way to trigger a notification to the buyer/requestor with the orders that are not received before the need by date

We are in R12.1.2

We use only item categories
