Log of Period Lock/Unlock activity

Hello,

We're currently using Classic HFM 11.2.2.300 and the way I know to track certain system activities such as locking/unlocking a period is through the Consolidation Administration console, however, it's challenging to go through screen by screen even after limiting the time period to a certain week and can't really download the system log.  Is there another way to track those type of activities by user name for evidence?  We're finding out after the HFM Admin locks the period, a few weeks later, the period is un-locked.  We only gave Power users (at this time, there's only 1), the ability to
