Barcode Printing on the BI Publisher RTF Template

Hello,

This is on Oracle r12.1.3

The BI Publisher add-on for MS Word is BI Publisher desktop 11.1.1.17

The MS Word version is Office 2007

I have a need to create a new report with several barcodes on Oracle fields.  We already have existing reports with barcodes developed before.   But this time around when I create a new template the barcode contained sample XML file is simply not loading into the RTF template.

Below are steps I followed/verified.

1.    Go to responsibility XML Publisher Administrator

2.    Open Administration

3.    Open Font Files Tab

4.    Create Font File

5.    Give Font Name : XX_BARCODE

6.    File : Browse Barcode file
