PAYMENT GROUP WRITE ISSUE IN 9.1

Hi

We are currently upgrading from 812 to 91update4. When you attempt to write a payment group nothing happens no error messages at all. I have checked the setup in pd and its identical to PY 9.1  PD works fine. No workcenter error messages at all

Does anyone have any ideas as to where next to review
