ADOP phase=cutover fails...during fs2 startup of adminsrvctl.sh

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi anyone,

         Can someone help me out here? We have successfully applied a patch using ADOP . The phases PREPARE, APPLY, FINALIZE were all successful.... but during the final stages of the CUTOVER phase..we received a FAILED status during the startup sequence of the ADMINSRVCTL.sh..

         How do we proceed? should we rerun the ADOP phase=cutover or could we just manually start the services on the FS2 (patch environment) and proceed?

         Tried to source the FS2 (patch environment) and was able to manually start the adminsrvctrl.sh ... unlike what the adop phase=cutover was reporting.
