Is it ok to run Collect Shipment and Booking History while Gather Schema Statistics for ALL is runni

We have a decentralized setup where ERP and APS are in two separate instances. We run GSS for all on a weekly basis. Lately, it has been running for almost a day. Is it ok to run Collect Shipment and Booking History in the APS instance while GSS for ALL is still running in the ERP instance?
