Read only DB linlk

I got a request from the user to create one db link as read only and other as update only.
As i know we can not set any read/write permission to database at DB link level.
Please conform.I know the read/update/write are set on user/role but can not be done at db link level.


One DB links to be setup from DB1 to the DB2 database with A1 user, this will be read-only.
One DB links to be setup from DB1 to the DB2 database with B1 user, this will be the update link.
