E1 Media Object Attachment

HI All,

We are having a issue while attaching a file attachment from web client. Please refer the attachment. Can anyone help what might be possible cause for this.

Note: Our setup is on windows server. JAS server is Weblogic.

Media objects are defined in p98moque and stored on deployment server physically.
