Unshipped language setup during Siebel Upgrade to 8.1.1.11

Hi,

We are using Siebel 8.1.1.7 - Multilingual application with two unshipped languages (ENG and ESP).

We have currently upgraded our siebel application from Siebel 8.1.1.7(SIA) to 8.1.1.11 version and the upgrade was successful.

During upgrade there was lots of seed data imported for all the languages,but for unshipped languages I have below doubts,

1. Do we need to import this newly added seed data in the unshipped languages manually, is there any specific document for this.

2. Any specific document to understand the changes to be done during upgrade for unshipped languages.
