Transfer of central objects from one release to other

Hi,

we have upgraded from ERP8 to jde 9.1.As a part of it,we have got the specs from older release to new one .But this is copied before 6 months.Now  i need the latest specs.How can i do that.In particular,we have set up DV7334 PATHCODE  and added it in our newrelease for advanced get purpose.Now i need to  get the latest central objects-pd7334 from erp 8 to 9.1.Please suggest me the steps.I can use R98403 but before that i need to know what needs to be done from backend.Can anyone suggest me on this.
