Project quick entry - location/State LOV not coming

Hi Folks,

I have created a Quick entry field in Projects to enter Location/State.But when we create a new project and try to enter the Location/state, I am not able to find the LOV for location/state.

Do we have to define this locations/state any where?Anyone can share if they know about this !
