Creating Cost Budget version from Revenue Budget financial plan: Generation or Copy from

Hello- Say we have Approved "REVENUE" Budget financial plan type for $10,000, want to generate Approved Cost Budget or Cost Forecast financial plan type version from revenue plan versions say 80%

Cost Plan Version = 80% of 10,000 = $8,000

we can generate cost version from work plan, staffing  or another cost financial plan type.

I want to know whether it is possible across financial plan types.
