Golden Gate Installation on a Centralized Server.

We have recently acquired a Golden Gate license and have multiple databases we would potentially be deploying to. 

Is it possible to install Golden Gate on a centralized server and have all extract/replicat processes run from there rather than installing golden gate on each database?  If so can you point me to documentation/blogs/notes/whatever on how to do this?
