Embedded JDE/BI Publisher bursting issue

We recently resolved an issue where we are trying to email JDE output using the embedded BI Publisher. Now our next challenge. We are trying to setup Bursting and its not working for us. The document we are trying to burst is the ACH remittance document R04572T2, actually a custom copy of this one where we've added some additional data retrieved to put on the remittance but the structure of our custom R554572T is the same as R04572T2.

When we produce this document without bursting defined, it emails to the user ( me for now). But when we have bursting defined, we get nothing. Even when you go to RD Output there is nothing there to view.
