How to enable Management Packs?

I have enabled all the management packs that we have licensed, but  WLS Management pack EE doesn't work as expected.

Explanation:

To enable WLS Management pack EE, I go to Setup, Management Packs, Management Pack Access.

On this page, I checked  WLS Management pack EE for all domains.

Now, when I go Targets, Middleware,  and select a domain, the domain page displays.

If I go to the AdminServer for the domain, in the right top box, JVM Diagnostics Data, I get a red X, and when I click on the AdminServer, it takes me to an Information page (attached).

What is needed to make sure I have fully enabled this pack?
