Fixed Assets - Unposted Entries (P12102)

Hi All, I have a Q. Our FA user has been creating POs/Capitalization JE for the cost of fixed assets. However, asset numbers are not being added. Then when they check unposted FA entries screen they see all these transactions, Most of them they post to FA after putting in the asset numbers. However, for others where they reckon that canalization was incorrect, they reverse the entries in GL and never assign an asset no. however, they show up (as attached) on FA unposted entries screen. Users have been SELECTING such records on P12102 and passing them (see attached).
