Running Report XLAPEXRPT (Subledger Exception Report) in a combined Responsibility

Client is using very limited functionality of EBS Finance, so I have created a Responsibility and Menu where I added some AR Functions to this Cash Management Responsibility

However the XLAPEXRPT (Subledger Periode Close Exception Report) automatically picks up the source from the Responsibility.

I tried copying the Concurrent Program and adjusting the parameters, however there are a lot of dependant parameters, which leads me to create a number of copied and adjusted Value Sets.

Also tried to set the RESP_APPL_ID and XLA_APPL_ID with Forms Personalisation, without any luck

What is the best practice to run this Report for a Source independent from which Responsibility you are in?
