Apex Upgrade 1.1.3 to 2.0.5... require information

Hi All,

Currently we are upgrading our APEX environment from 4.1.1 to 4.2.4

Further, we are APEX listener from 1.1.3 to 2.0.5.

Couple of question :

1. After going through Oracle doucmentation (Apex upgrade), it's stays that we can select the apex.war file (check box) and click on update (to re-deploy war) file. My question/concern is, does existing apex listener configuration will get re-utiized ? or do we need to reconfigure apex listener configuraiton file.  Any one can provide some reference docs or provide some inputs on this clarification.
