Error When Transacting Batch

Hi All,

I want to do a WIP Completion in a batch (Navigation: Production Supervisor > batch details > find the batch > (B) Transact material, the status of the batch is WIP), after entering the transaction details and click (B) Transact, the following error messages appear sequentially:

1. UE query_tree error, others= 100501: non-ORACLE exception

2. unexpected user exit error (7), coming from QT_EU.Transact Tree

3. FRM-40735: POST-FORMS-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403

after that I see at the batch details form the actual quantity is still zero, there are no pending transactions as well, simply the transactions are not posted. This case only happens once and I still cannot find the way to reproduce this issue.
