How to update the Avg. Cost of the Item with Material Over head cost and Material Cost?

Hi MOSC,

Please give me the clear picture to update the Avg. Cost of the Item with Material Over head cost and Material Cost for the Average cost Organisation? Is it necessary to create the elements for the Material and Material Over heads?
