Report not working in Oracle Application but works on report builder

I have Created an Simple Task in Oracle reports to retrieve the informations of organization using po number and operating unit in RDF Format.I have created the report in oracle report builder and registered it in oracle apps. The file i created is working fine in my system(Report Builder) and if i generate the same report in oracle reports only empty report is generated and more over i have tried  creating the report using XML format and even though the output is not showing, the same empty is generated

1.I have created the same parameters in concurrent program also as in reports.
