RDF reports are displaying in Canadian French. Output is in English.

Hi,

We recently upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3

There are few RDF reports that are to show output in French when the language is selected as Canadian French from language Settings in Submit Request Window.

But the report is showing the output in English even if French is selected.

It is working fine in 11i.

Please advise!
